Al Iacocca: An experienced advocate who joins our practice as “Of Counsel” and who has devoted a significant part of his practice in Family Law, Wills and Estates and Probate Law.
A Pennsylvania native from Allentown, he is well traveled with undergraduate work at Virginia Tech, Chapel Hill and abroad before he obtained a Master’s Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel HIll and graduating magna cum laude from law school. He used law school to gain invaluable trial advocacy skills in competitions and earned membership on the NCCU Law ournal.
Al’s family law experience extends to being a a certified mediator, with an advanced certification for family law mediaton. Al is admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court bar as well as the Federal District Court of Eastern Pennsylvania bar, and is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers .
Like Lee, Al decided years ago to settle in Chester County where he and his wife raise a family. Al is active in the Chester County community and very involved in youth programs and with his own children. He is often involved in the local YMCA and has served on the Kennett Area YMCA Board of Directors and he is a regular coach for his kids and yours in youth sporting events.
Al joins our office as “Of Counsel”. Al is not an associate or partner but maintains a close and ongoing relationship with our firm and his goal to be a vital resource for our team and our clients; particularly in the areas of family law including divorce, equitable distribution, custody; and Probate law including estate planning and wills and estates.
