Caitlin Foley is an attorney passionate about making a difference in domestic litigation and ready to be there for you in the family law realm.  Prior to beginning her legal career, Ms. Foley graduated from the University of Alabama where she earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science which included a year abroad at the Universidad de Salamanca in Spain, where she took classes and taught English to school children. She followed with acceptance and attendance at the Villanova University School of Law.

While in law school she interned with Embrace Families where her legal work was focused on child welfare, foster youth, and the child welfare system.  Caitlin was active in the Pro Bono Society and the Coalition Advocating for Human Rights and Dignity.  She completed an internship with Community-Based Care of Central Florida, where she conducted research on the unique issues affecting foster youth, and participated in initiatives to improve the foster care system as a whole.  Caitlin also acted as a student attorney in Villanova’s Federal Tax Clinic. She gained insight and interest in the issues of adoption, termination of parental rights, dependency, delinquency, and more.  She learned the impact that Philadelphia injury attorneys have on their clients and how important it is for people going through family disputes to have a caring, empathetic advocate on their behalf.

Ms. Foley’s experience also includes a regular focus on the current legal issues plaguing the practice of family law, especially since the beginning of the pandemic.

Caitlin joined Ciccarelli Law Offices to work in the family law department.  Caitlin is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has dedicated her practice to family law and domestic litigation.  Caitlin Foley is a dedicated and empathetic attorney who considers it a privilege to advocate for her clients during some of the most emotional times of their lives.  She is an active member of the Doris Jonas Freed American Inn of Court. Caitlin is excited to return to the Chester County area where she was born, raised, and her family still resides.
