If you cannot afford to hire a private defense attorney, the DELCO courts will assign a public defender on your behalf. Depending on the severity of the charges against you, however, this might not be in your best interests. While any attorney is better than none at all, a public defender may not be able to dedicate the same amount of time, attention, or energy to your case as a private lawyer. Hiring a lawyer from Ciccarelli Law Offices gives you the best odds of successfully resolving your criminal case with little or no penalties against you.

Regardless of the charges against you in Delaware County, we can help. We will individualize our legal services and your defense strategy according to your unique needs. Contact us for a conversation with an attorney about your specific case. We can fulfill your legal defense needs in DELCO.
The Pennsylvania House Joint DUI Task Force held its first informational meeting on June 4 to evaluate Pennsylvania’s driving under the influence (DUI) statute, at which Representative Keith J. Greiner spoke about legislation he proposed that would expand the use of ignition interlock to first-time offenders. Greiner is the prime sponsor of House Bill 278. The bill would amend Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to require all repeat and first-time offenders convicted of DUI with blood alcohol concentrations of 0.10 percent or greater to operate only motor vehicles equipped with functioning ignition interlock systems for at least six months.
The main job your criminal defense lawyer will have is to create a tailored strategy on your behalf. Your defense strategy should take into account the specific charges against you, related Pennsylvania laws, and your personal history. Your lawyer should make you feel heard and supported throughout the criminal case process.
Your lawyer should listen to you, communicate openly and honestly, and help you have as much peace of mind as possible during this difficult time. Your lawyer should never lie to you about your case or conceal the truth. You should always know exactly what is happening, what the stakes are, and what your attorney is doing to protect you.
Ciccarelli Law Offices has everything you are looking for in an exceptional criminal defense law firm. We have the experience, resources, personnel, and passion for justice to see your case through to the end. Hiring a great defense attorney can put your mind at ease a little while you deal with the criminal claims process. Your lawyer will help you know what to say and what not to say during an arrest, arraignment, and court trials.
